Entry-Level Training Programs

Juntoku International offers formal training for a variety of entry-level positions, including client support agents and research associates. These programs equip recent college graduates with the information and skills they need to succeed in their new positions.


Research Associate Training Program

The Research Associate Training Program has been created to assist new research associates that will be working in one of the company's investing units. The curriculum for the program is provided by Juntoku International in collaboration with a major financial services training business. Accounting and financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and bond analysis are all topics covered in online training. Financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis are all covered in live training. The curriculum provides new research associates with the skills they need to fulfill their job tasks, and it includes both online and direct cooperation.


Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program provides employees who have been identified as rising leaders within the company with the chance to improve their management and leadership skills. Over the course of a year, this rigorous program combines individual growth and group learning to prepare managers for advanced leadership responsibilities.
